About the Role

As an Admissions Coordinator at Momentous Health at Vandalia, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating patient admissions, discharges, and transfers in a timely and efficient manner

• Verifying patient Insurance coverage and ensuring accurate billing and coding

• Communicating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to gather necessary information and resolve any concerns

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and files

• Collaborating with other team members to ensure effective department operations

• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors

Requirements
