Workday Architect
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- Hybrid role with preference for 2–3 days per week onsite in Milwaukee
- Deep hands-on experience with Workday, especially in HCM systems
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and challenge third-party integrator’s design decisions
- Strong leadership and communication skills to influence decisions
- Heavy involvement with the HRIS team (project is driven by HRIS)
- Reports to the Technology team but works cross-functionally
- Must be able to independently drive and guide architectural decisions
Skills:
- Strong background in Core HCM, Payroll, and Security modules
- Workday Pro certification is highly desirable
- Experience across multiple Workday modules is a plus
- Consulting background (e.g., Workday consulting partners or Big 5 firms) is valuable
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma
