The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for assisting with the assurance of high-quality services, by fostering consistent and productive quality management practices through program policy, forms, licensing, audits, investigations, and employee training. Track and report on service quality. Assist in the development of program procedures to ensure program quality. Oversight of Program Licensing, Policies and Forms for 245D and other services as requested. Conduct audits to ensure program and training quality. Conduct program related investigations. Provide orientation and annual training to staff and conduct a variety of employee trainings. Coordinate processes to ensure Provider Enrollment requirements are met and maintained. #J-18808-Ljbffr
