Primary Care Physician

Role: Provide equitable, value-based primary care to Medicare patients in a community clinic setting. Focus on delivering high-quality, preventive healthcare with a collaborative care team, minimizing hospital admissions and enhancing patient experience. Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat patients Oversee primary care services and prescribe medications Maintain electronic medical records and collaborate with leadership to meet quality goals Manage and direct the care team in the clinic Perform other related duties as needed Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA registration US work authorization Preferred Skills Geriatric fellowship training and experience with elderly populations Experience in value-based care and outpatient primary care settings Bilingual abilities if applicable Key Attributes Motivated to provide excellent care to older adults, collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to improving patient outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr Black Women's Mental Health Institute
