Full Time Speech Pathologist Job ID: 5712987 Application Deadline: Posted until filled Posted: May 14, 2026 12:00 AM (UTC) Starting Date: Immediately Job Description CREST Collaborative is seeking a full-time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of 9 SLPs and SLP‑As for the 2026–2027 school year. This role is ideal for a licensed professional with experience supporting students with Social Emotional Learning Needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), behavioral challenges, and complex communication needs. Strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply. The SLP will work with students from Pre‑K through Grade 12 in individual, classroom, and small group settings. Our collaborative interdisciplinary team approach to student care offers specialized programs that serve a wide variety of students. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in conducting comprehensive speech‑language evaluations, delivering targeted interventions, and supporting students with a wide range of social and communication needs—including both low‑tech and high‑tech Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). CREST serves over 250 students and employs more than 300 staff members, supporting students from the Greater Boston area and Southern New Hampshire. We are a fast‑paced, mission‑driven organization that prioritizes responsiveness to the needs of our member districts. The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands‑on therapist who can foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment for both staff and students. This position is based at 20 Shattuck Road in Andover, MA. Salary is based on a 40 hour work week with the expectation of 37.5 hours per week to be worked in the building. In addition to serving CREST programs, the SLP may also provide support through our District Services Department in collaboration with local school districts and families. Salary Range (based on education and experience): Master’s Degree: $59,468 – $120,096 (184 day work year) Doctorate Degree: $120,096 CREST also has a 6 week Extended School Year (ESY) program which is optional for staff to work (Mon‑Tue‑Wed‑Thu).
