Basic Qualifications Job Requirements and Preferences Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor Degree Minimum Years Of Experience : 9 years Preferred Qualifications Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates success in understanding business problems and managing client projects involving: Developing MDM technology-enabled solutions for large organizations, including design, automation, and orchestration of enterprise Master and Reference Data; Implementing MDM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Informatica, Riversand, Stibo, Profisee, Attaccama, or Reltio; Architecting end-to-end MDM solutions, including integration patterns, workflows, policies, and reporting; Designing MDM systems and programs, including governance and policies; Utilizing MDM publication and consolidation capabilities, data stewardship, and data model harmonization; Working with data querying and processing technologies like SQL, Python/PySpark, Jupyter Notebooks; Interacting with data quality systems and data management workflows; Applying functional knowledge in master data domains such as customer, product, vendor, etc.; Relating MDM systems to industry use cases and building business cases for MDM investments; Defining MDM strategies and architecture roadmaps; Proficiency in data models and table structures of business applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle ERP; Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders; Leadership in MDM development, including transformations and accelerators; Leading development and delivery of sales support and client training materials; Subject matter expertise in MDM architectures and tools; Team leadership, workload management, and mentoring capabilities.
