- Manage subcontractor performance, including scope clarification, coordination, and enforcement of quality control standards.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate field documentation, including daily reports, logs, and other project records.
- Support contract management activities, including change orders, billing, and coordination of contractual obligations with stakeholders.
- Participate in the management of RFIs, submittals, and construction documents to ensure clarity and compliance with design intent.
- Promote and reinforce a culture of safety, ethical conduct, and accountability on-site for all project participants.
- Perform additional duties related to marine and heavy civil construction management as assigned.
- Work with consideration for reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities, ensuring inclusive and safe operations.

- Experience in managing subcontractors and overseeing construction supervision on complex projects.
- Ability to manage change orders, billing processes, and contract negotiation within a heavy civil or marine construction environment.
