Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and any incidents. Perform product unloads with an electric pallet jack, averaging 3-4 stops per load Deliver refrigerated grocery freight from the distribution center to stores throughout the surrounding area Maintain excellent customer service by providing a positive and professional experience at each store Comply with all company safety regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure your assigned equipment is properly maintained Requirements Valid Class A CDL No experience required! Clean driving record / good MVR Hazmat Tanker endorsements (bonus) At least one year of experience HAZMAT endorsement preferred Current DOT Medical Card Safe driving record Experience operating tractor-trailers Ability to work in all weather conditions Ability to get in and out of the truck throughout the shift Ability to handle long hours and adapt to various weather conditions Current DOT Physical and Medical Card Knowledge of applicable federal, state and industry truck driving rules and regulations on public roads and private properties (i.e. distribution centers, etc.) Need Tank, Hazmat, & TWIC - Required to obtain within 90 days of employment (Need tank for road test) Passport Preferred Minimum 23 years of age Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements Minimum of 21 years old 12 months recent and verifiable tractor/trailer experience CDL-A DOT qualified Must pass a comprehensive drug test Satisfactory safety and employment history Valid Commercial Driver's License Class A Lazer Logistics is an equal opportunity employer, committed to the vision that founded our company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
