Owners are local South Carolinians that strive to focus on quality craft beer and local ingredients.Responsibilities for DishwasherA Dishwasher is one of the most important jobs in the restaurant so taking the job seriously is very importantA dishwasher has the opportunity to learn new stations and move up in the company if desiredArrives for shifts on timeResponsible to set up dishwashing and pot sink area for serviceWashes all dishes from the servers and kitchen staffCommunicates with managers, kitchen staff, and dining room staffWashes worktables, walls, and work areas in the dish areaHelps kitchen staff take out bags of garbage to dumpsterResponsible to maintain a clean stationDries and puts dishes and silverware away in appropriate areasKeeping dishes and kitchen items organized and cleanQualifications for DishwasherAvailability for AM or PM positions as discussedAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to work under the direction of the Kitchen Shift Leader or ManagerMust move quickly and efficiently during busy shifts*Pay is competitive and based on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Southern-Hops-Brewing-Company-LL
