- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Analyze and document business processes and requirements.
- Recommend solutions for operational improvements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Support testing, training, and deployment of new systems.
- Facilitate communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare reports and documentation for decision-making.
- Gather and document business requirements through interviews and workshops.
- Analyze current business processes to identify improvement areas.

- Facilitate communication between business users and IT teams.
- Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools such as spreadsheets, diagramming, and project management software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Business Analyst certification is a plus.
