Established 10 years ago, Baird Optical Co Inc has built strong relationships with patients, staff, and the local community. The practice offers primary eye care, specialty contact lenses, myopia management, emergency eye care, and more, supported by two fully equipped exam lanes, pre-testing equipment, visual field testing, Optos Monaco photography with OCT, Zeiss optical lenses, and a large optical. With a foundation of quality care and a clear path for continued growth, this role is ideal for someone who values clinical excellence, collaboration, and long-term opportunity.

What you'll do:

As an Optometrist at Baird Optical Co Inc, you'll provide comprehensive eye care for a diverse patient base, typically seeing about 15 patients per day, while performing routine and medical eye exams, supporting the optical team, and collaborating with staff to create a seamless patient experience. Available on a part- or full-time basis, 20 to 40 hours per week, this role is a flexible opportunity to contribute to a growing practice that values clinical quality, teamwork, community connection, and continued growth.

Who you are:

You're a motivated, patient-focused Optometrist with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to providing high-quality care. You're punctual, dependable, and comfortable working with patients of varying ages and visual needs while partnering with the team to support a positive patient experience. An interest in helping the practice grow through services such as dry eye care, pediatrics, or other specialty areas is welcomed but not required.
