Job Title Field Printer Repair Technician – Houston, TX Job Description Support on‑site printer maintenance and service operations in the Houston, TX area. Run cases in the field, dispatched from home, and perform hands‑on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of various printer models at customer locations. Provide reliable, customer‑focused service while managing field dispatch operations. Key Responsibilities Perform on‑site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs for printers and related equipment. Handle field dispatch assignments efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Drive between client locations (up to 35–40 miles per day). Maintain accurate service records, reports, and equipment logs. Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and clients to ensure timely case resolution. Participate in on‑call rotation and provide support after hours as needed. Adhere to company safety policies and maintain professionalism. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of printer repair experience. Minimum 1 year of field dispatch experience. Strong technical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Must reside within or near zip code 77013. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
