Job Title:Pharmacy Technician 2 (Fulfillment) – Sun/Wed/Thu/Fri 3:30 PM–1:30 AM Location:Mechanicsville, VA (On-site) Job Type:Contract (W2) – Staff Augmentation | Full-time (40 hrs/week) Duration: Contract to hire Openings:5 Pay Rate:$16.50/hr (trainee)|$17.50/hr (licensed) Job Summary A-Line Staffing is hiring aPharmacy Technician 2 (Fulfillment)to support prescription preparation and distribution in a high-volume pharmacy environment. You’ll work with the fulfillment system, help resolve prescription exceptions, and support patient/physician communications as needed. Schedule (Shift Options) SHIFT: Sun, Mon, Tues, Thurs 5:00a - 3:00p Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon 5:00a - 3:00p Sun, Wed, Thu, Fri: 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM 40 hours/week Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and distribution of prescription drug products using the fulfillment system Process prescription exceptions (e.g., claim rejects, member outreach, physician outreach) Enter member demographics and prescription information into the system Research and resolve rejected insurance billing and escalated member issues Escalate clinical/prescription interpretation questions to the Pharmacist as needed Support inbound/outbound calls with patients or physician offices Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma (or equivalent) 2–4 yearsPharmacy Technician experience Current Pharmacy Registration and Certificationas required byVirginia/state of operation Basic computer skills Important Notes Safety-sensitive position May have access toPHI (Protected Health Information) Benefits (A-Line Staffing) Benefits available to full-time employees after90 days 401(k) with company match available after1 year Apply Now If you meet the requirements and can work the overnight schedule, apply today—interviews are required and we’re moving quickly.
