As our Modernization Superintendent you will review bid documents and survey job requirements on upcoming bids with salespeople for our modernization job addition your familiarity with handling financials will ensure profitability on all modernization jobs while effectively managing resources that will lead to further success for yourself and the team.

You willbring5years of construction/service expertise as well as supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce to our KONE familywith an appetite for learning an exciting and new will usethe knowledgegained when obtaining yourbachelorsdegree in a related field or 7 years of relevant working experience.

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role is $115400 $151410. The compensation package offered will depend on candidates ability to meet the requirements of the role needs for the business strategy and a range of factors unique to each candidate including their skill set years and depth of experience certifications and location.

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
