Drop/Count Team Member

The drop & count team member is under the direct supervision of the Drop Team & Count Manager. Incumbent will assist in the daily clearance of slot machines and soft-count in an efficient and secure manner in accordance with the procedures and policies of Lucy Star Casino.

Requires morning, afternoon and evenings. Monday through Sunday. Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval by the D/C Manager.

Ensure all gaming machines are dropped. Ensure Table games (blackjack/poker) are dropped. Soft count of gaming machines and table games. Keep all equipment in working condition Must exhibit STAR treatment to all customers and co-workers Other duties as assigned by Drop and Count Manager/Supervisor.

Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting and pulling. Hand and finger dexterity Hand and eye coordination Standing for long periods of time Must be able to move objects up to and exceeding 30 lbs. with reasonable accommodations Cannot be color blind Casino environment (exposure to cigarette, cigar, pipe smoke, bright flashing lights, loud mechanical noises and crowds) No allergies to cleaning soaps detergents or other specified cleaning chemicals.

Must pass pre-employment drug test Must maintain valid Cheyenne-Arapaho Gaming License Experience working in an environment such as an assembly line where repetitive action, grasping small objects from a moving line and accountability for a defined amount of production in a specific period of time.
