Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entry-Level Front Office Coordinator at Poolemerica Enterprises, located in New Orleans, LA. The position involves managing day-to-day front office operations, including answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, welcoming visitors, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office administration tasks. The coordinator will also provide excellent customer service and support to clients, employees, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and the ability to manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills for appointment scheduling and maintaining calendars.
  • Experience in office administration and managing receptionist duties, including handling correspondence and office supplies.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming and professional first impression.
  • Go-Getter mentality and problem solving skills
  • Coachability
  • Ability to communicate effectively, multitask, and handle a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with scheduling tools.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required.
  • High School Diploma is required
  • College Degree is a plus, but not required
  • Great for recent graduates looking to begin a professional career
  • Conversational Spanish is required
  • Looking for individuals who want to grow into leadership roles

Pay Range

$40-45K
