Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our West Salem, WI Skilled Nursing Facility.

• $5K Sign On Bonus + Hourly Rates Starting at $42-52/hr *Offer based on experience and qualifying interview.*
• Full-Time 30-40 Hours/Week. PRN Also available! What are you looking for?

As a Physical Therapist , you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident's life.


Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy license in state of employment
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
