Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Motivate and guide store teams to achieve productivity and profitability goals.
- Promote exceptional customer service through coaching, training, and role modeling.
- Maintain high standards for merchandise and visual presentation.
- Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures.
- Manage the buying of gently used clothing and accessories to meet company standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments.
- Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and impeccably honest.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong customer service, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to drive at any time during assigned shifts
