Front Desk Patient Care Specialist

Penn Family Medicine

Penn Medicine Chestnut Hill is seeking a Patient Services Associate to support front-end patient service in a busy family practice. You will greet patients, manage calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance and assist with billing at point of service. You will update EPIC records, navigate queues, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient flow.
