Join us as we shape the future of e-commerce!As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. Support TikTok Shop US marketing activities, including major promotions, brand campaigns, and category campaigns. Campaign strategy design, project timeline management, resource coordination and implementation, product tracking, merchant performance analysis, and post-campaign reviews. Participate in business planning and target tracking. Through data analysis and merchant/influencer research, continuously monitor operational performance and provide insights to support business decisions. Contribute to campaign marketing design, including campaign mechanics, industry and merchant communications, and operational support for other campaign segments. Support cross-team collaboration on key business projects, coordinating with Product, Category Operations, DA, and other teams to ensure smooth execution. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree Strong data skills: Excel, SQL, Hive, etc. Previous internships in consulting, strategy, business analysis, or marketing. Able to work in English; internship must be at least 3 months. Benefits Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
