Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well by assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering occupational therapy. You are a healer and a helper, addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. Your goal is to design a program that restores, reinforces, and enhances their physical abilities and independence. You are adaptable to patients' needs, enjoy variety across settings, collaborate with peers, and make referrals when needed. You train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. You report to the Director of Rehab. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Valid, unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice. Posted Salary Range: USD $40.00 - $48.00 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr
