Tax Senior Manager - Global Mobility Tax

Location: Remote (East Coast or West Coast Preferred)

Compensation: $124,000 - $230,000 Base + 25-30% Bonus

A rapidly growing global mobility and tax advisory organization is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join a newly formed and expanding practice. What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on global mobility tax matters and cross-border compliance requirements.
\n
• Manage and review tax deliverables for globally mobile employees.
\n
• Advise clients on tax planning strategies, assignment structuring, tax equalization, and tax-efficient compensation approaches.
\n
• Partner with HR, payroll, finance, and mobility stakeholders to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
\n
• Manage client relationships, lead engagements, and drive a high-quality client experience.
\n
• Mentor and develop team members while supporting the continued growth of the practice.
\n
• Oversee engagement economics, including billings, collections, metrics, and project profitability.
\n
• Identify additional service opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.
\n
• Stay current on international tax regulations and emerging mobility trends.
\n

What We're Looking For

• Progressive experience in Global Mobility Tax, Expatriate Tax, or International Individual Tax.
\n
• Experience leading client engagements and managing teams.
\n
• Strong technical knowledge of global mobility tax compliance and consulting.
\n
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
\n
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
\n
• CPA, JD, EA, MST, or related credential preferred.
\n
