The ideal candidate will deliver professional behavioral health services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions, within a structured correctional setting.Job Details:Location: Buena Vista, ColoradoFacility Type: Correctional FacilityJob Type: ContractSchedule: Monday – Friday 8-hour shifts OR Monday – Thursday extended shiftsRate: $60/hrRequirements:Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license for the state of ColoradoMinimum of one year of licensed clinical experience, preferably providing substance use disorder treatmentResponsibilities:Provide substance use disorder treatment services to incarcerated individualsConduct formal and informal behavioral health and substance use assessmentsDevelop individualized treatment plans to guide clinical careProvide individual and group therapy servicesMonitor client progress and update clinical documentation accordinglyCollaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teamsCoordinate referrals and ensure continuity of careMaintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and professional standardsProvide clinical guidance to non-clinical staff as appropriateAny additional duties as assigned
