Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Imaging / Medical Records Specialist to support the scanning and electronic organization of employee records. This position will handle confidential records and ensure documents are accurately scanned, indexed, uploaded, and maintained in electronic and paper filing systems.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare or a related field involving employee records
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience using scanning technology
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally

Preferred Skills

• Experience identifying and organizing HR or employee file documentation
• Familiarity with electronic records and tracking systems
• Data entry and document management experience

Key Responsibilities

• Scan, index, and upload employee records into electronic systems.
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper employee files.
• Prepare and manage records for scanning and data entry.
• Retrieve and update records using electronic record and tracking systems.
• Review documents for accuracy and proper classification.
• Handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Maintain organized records to support easy retrieval and compliance.
• Perform other document imaging and records-related duties as assigned.
