Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Technologist specialized in Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) procedures. The candidate will support outpatient and inpatient settings, performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, with a focus on acute care.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Perform cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and stent placements under physician supervision.
  
  
• 
  Assist in EP procedures including device implantation and ablations.
  
  
• 
  Ensure all procedures comply with hospital safety protocols and maintain sterile techniques.
  
  
• 
  Manage patient monitoring, IV starts, EKGs, and other diagnostic assessments.
  
  
• 
  Document procedures accurately in Epic EMR, adhering to compliance standards.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care and respond to emergent situations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold current ARRT certification in radiologic technology.
  
  
• 
  Possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a STEMI/PCI-capable facility.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in IR/Angio/Special Procedures, including stents and angioplasties.
  
  
• 
  Current BLS, ACLS certifications; Ohio license or pending license acceptable.
  
  
• 
  Experience with Epic EMR preferred; must be ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) ready.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
