Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, grounds, and amenities
- Assist with trash removal and light maintenance tasks
- Report safety hazards or maintenance needs promptly
- Support the property team with special projects
- Operate safely and professionally at all times
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
- Previous porter or maintenance experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Weekly pay
