This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, energetic, deadline-driven environment. This is also an opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a passionate, close-knit team. We are committed to having an inclusive and diverse workplace where all people feel respected, valued and driven to realize their full potential.DutiesProviding service and repair on previously installed window and door products.Analyzing customer situations and determining corrective actions to be taken and ensuring customer satisfaction.Keeping track of all service orders and maintain communication with customers.Follow established company guidelines and procedures regarding work performed.Maintain inventory of all service parts and replenish as necessary.Occasionally performing new installationsWhat YOU bring!Minimum of 3 years of window installation, carpentry finishing and/or remodeling experience.High School Diploma or equivalent.Proven track record of superior workmanship.Customer service skills.What we offerPositive, team-oriented culture.Phenomenal benefits package with medical, dental, vision, matching 401k.
