Description Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with OSHPD requirements as an OSHPD Project Manager. Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to deliver projects on time and within scope. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and ensure project success. Drive safety, quality, and risk management initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize advanced tools such as BIM coordination and support pre-construction planning. Profile Experience: Minimum 5+ years as an OSHPD Project Manager in commercial building and construction; OSHPD experience strongly preferred. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of healthcare construction codes, regulations, and best practices. Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
