Job Cost Coordinator

Job Responsibilities Perform timecard processing for assigned divisions and review/balance company reports. Work with payroll to investigate escalated timecard problems and process adjustments. Email employees and supervisors about missing timecard signatures and/or approvals. Enter miscellaneous charges, project transfers, and timecard adjustments. Provide day-to-day office assistance regarding timecard processing and job cost questions. Verify and code agency invoices. Assist employees who call the application support helpdesk. Answer and resolve Job Cost email inbox inquiries within 2 business days. Provide service to employees, office staff, and management regarding job cost-related inquiries. Work with IT and the direct supervisor to resolve processing problems and report issues. Follow safety rules, participate in pre-task planning, and report safety concerns. Maintain quality standards and perform other assigned duties. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years’ related experience. Proficiency in spreadsheet programs like Microsoft Excel, and the ability to adapt to new financial technologies. Strong accuracy with data entry. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to employ deductive reasoning and critical thinking skills to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. Strong customer service skills to address billing issues and maintain positive relationships with clients. Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office. The ability to foster and grow relationships. Ability to be a forward thinker. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.
