Order Management Representative

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Order Management Representative for a growing manufacturing organization. This is an onsite opportunity based in Houston, Texas.


POSITION OVERVIEW


The Order Management Representative plays a critical role in supporting customer orders, quotations, and order fulfillment activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position serves as a key point of coordination between customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate order processing and exceptional service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, process, and manage customer quotations and orders received through phone, email, and online channels
• Maintain accurate pricing, product, and order information within company systems
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding order status, specifications, and timelines
• Coordinate with production and internal departments to support efficient order fulfillment
• Monitor scheduling and inventory considerations to help ensure on-time delivery
• Proactively identify and resolve order discrepancies, risks, and customer concerns

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in order management, customer service, inside sales, or a related business support role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems preferred
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to accuracy

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
