Registered Dental Hygienist – Etters, PA | Competitive Pay + Benefits!

Our organization is on the lookout for a Registered Dental Hygienist to become part of our team in Etters, PA. As a privately owned family practice, we are proud to celebrate two decades of dedicated service to our community in 2025.

Are you weary of corporate dental practices, hurried appointments, and overwhelming patient loads? Our office emphasizes patient-centered care, ensuring that each appointment is given the time it deserves—no double-booking and no rushed cleanings. You will have the necessary time and support to deliver exceptional care.

Bonus: We have a therapy dog in the office—dog lovers are a must!

Schedule: Part-time opportunities available, starting with 1 day and potentially increasing to 2 days (Please apply if you are available on any of the following days)

• Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits:

• $45 to $55 per hour (based on experience)
• SIMPLE IRA with employer matching

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comfortable, patient-focused care
• Conduct oral screenings and assess health histories
• Identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis
• Perform cleanings, apply preventive care, and take X-rays
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices
• Assist the dentist with treatment planning
• Maintain precise patient records
• Adhere to proper sterilization and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

• Valid PA RDH license
• Certification in Local Anesthesia
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, collaborative demeanor
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with Dentrix is preferred but not mandatory
