We're looking for a highly motivated, sales-focused individual with a passion for fitness and helping people achieve results. This position is primarily responsible for selling personal training and coaching programs while building lasting relationships with members. Club tours will occasionally be required, but the primary focus is conducting fitness consultations and connecting members with the coaching solutions that best fit their goals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness consultations, including a body composition scan, to assess member goals and recommend the appropriate coaching program.
• Sell personal training, coaching, and fitness programs.
• Review body composition scan results and educate members on how coaching can help them reach their goals.
• Build value in coaching programs and confidently close sales.
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and existing members by phone, text, and email.
• Generate referrals and create opportunities for new training clients.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up in the CRM.
• Occasionally conduct club tours for prospective members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term member relationships.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required; fitness industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently.
