HDPE PipefitterReady to build a long-term career while traveling throughout Arizona and surrounding states? We're looking for experienced HDPE Pipefitters to join our growing telecom construction team. This role will be responsible for installing, preparing, joining, and protecting HDPE conduit for fiber-optic infrastructure. Travel is required for this position. Projects are located throughout Arizona and surrounding states, with crews typically rotating to a new project location approximately every four weeks.Essential Responsibilities:Install, lay out, align, and assemble HDPE (polyethylene) pipe ranging from 4" to 8" diameter in accordance with project specifications and manufacturer requirementsMeasure, cut and prepare HDPE pipeJoin HDPE conduit using manufacturer-specified adhesive bonding systems, including proper surface preparation, adhesive mixing/application, and curing proceduresPull, place and secure conduitInspect completed joints and conduit runsAssist with trenching, bedding, pipe placement, tie-ins, and backfill operations as requiredBe willing and able to perform general manual labor when not actively fittingFollow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirementsQualifications:Minimum of 3 years experience in conduit installation preferably in underground utilities, telecommunications or civil constructionAbility to accurately measure, cut and assemble conduitAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.Valid driver's licensePhysically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.Work Conditions:Competitive hourly wage401(k) matchingLiving Out Allowance (LOA) providedFull health, dental, visionMonday to Friday scheduleTravel required (rotational work across Arizona and surrounding areas)Outdoor, hands-on work in variable conditionsThe Ledcor Group of Companies is one of North America's most diversified construction companies.
