Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $14.22 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun06:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a dynamic aerospace and defense location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted and sensitive areas. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, while documenting security-related activities and/or unusual conditions. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, production areas, and perimeter locations, observing for potential security-related concerns. Communicate with employees, visitors, contractors, and site leadership regarding badge procedures, visitor processing, deliveries, and other access-related protocols. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
