Extensive training and development programs designed to help you succeed. What You'll Be Doing Work with a variety of insurance payers, including Medicaid, CareFirst BCBS, Cigna, and Aetna. Research and resolve insurance claim denials and outstanding balances. Submit medical records, correct claim information, and obtain retro authorizations as needed. Handle inbound and outbound calls related to account resolution. Follow up on correspondence and maintain accurate account documentation. Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve billing discrepancies. Provide excellent customer service while working toward monthly productivity goals. Qualifications 2+ years of medical collections, medical billing, revenue cycle, or healthcare administrative experience. High school diploma or GED required. Experience with EMR systems, insurance verification, claims follow-up, or customer service is preferred. Dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection for a fully remote environment.
