RN Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) for family‑oriented SNF in West Plains, MO NHC HealthCare West Plains is looking for an RN to join our team to provide compassionate care to patients. Responsibilities Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and plan of care. Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families. Assure that appropriate nursing care is provided. Assist with medications and treatments. Supervise LPNs and other nursing partners. Perform other patient care duties as assigned. Requirements Must have a Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license. Must be caring, compassionate, have a positive attitude, and be a team player. Prior experience with Matrix and SNF is a plus.
