We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, is dependable, and has the experience to complete residential HVAC installations correctly and efficiently.What You'll DoInstall residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, split systems, furnaces, air handlers, package units, and related equipmentPerform complete system replacements and change-outsBraze refrigerant lines, pull vacuums, charge systems, and complete system start-upsInstall and modify ductwork as neededEnsure installations meet manufacturer specifications and applicable codesDiagnose and resolve installation-related issuesMaintain clean, organized job sitesCommunicate professionally with homeownersComplete installation paperwork and documentation accuratelyWork closely with other installers, technicians, and office staffWhat We're Looking For3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferredStrong residential change-out experienceAbility to complete installations with minimal supervisionExperience with brazing, evacuation, charging, and system start-upWorking knowledge of ductwork and airflowEPA certification preferredValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordDependable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditionsAbility to lift and maneuver HVAC equipmentProfessional attitude and good communication skillsWhy Join Clark HVAC?We want installers who are looking for a long-term home, not just their next job.
