Data Center Predevelopment Project Lead

QTS in Atlanta is seeking a Predevelopment Project Manager to lead and manage predevelopment activities for data center projects. You will collaborate with Civil & Environmental Engineers, Designers, Development Consultants, and internal teams to support decision-making and ensure timely entitlements. You will develop master campus development plans, communicate status updates to executives, manage budgets, and coordinate with regulatory bodies.
