Acquisition Analyst III

Mayvin is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support the United States Army and PEO Soldier. The candidate will support the development of DOD Contracts and Acquisition Documentation for ACAT II - IV DOD Programs as well as Abbreviated Acquisition Programs (AAPs), OTAs / MTAs and other acquisition and contracting efforts. The candidate will be required to work in a collaborative team environment and be comfortable working matrixed personnel as well as both military, civilian, and other contracted personnel.Must be a U.S. Citizen.Must have an active Secret clearance oe higher.Responsibilities:Executes acquisition management across an entire product lineCoordinates products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phasesAble to prepare, configure and staff all Milestone documentationAssists with determining contracting strategy, prepares contracting documents, and coordinates activities with Army Contracting CommandParticipate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluationsLeads and provides oversight of product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrationsAssists in providing contract oversight for assigned productsMaintains and manages the program budget and master scheduleIdentifies cost, schedule and performance tradeoffsLead and oversee preparation of Supply Requests Packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army SustainmentDevelop and draft Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans and other acquisition documentsLeads tasks supporting pre-award contracts, financial management, risk management, total ownership cost determination, and contract coordinationCoordinates contracting actions with local procurement contracting officersPerforms acquisition strategy requirementsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 8 years’ experience in DOD acquisitionKnowledge of and experience with DODI 5000.02Defense Acquisition SystemJCIDSPrior experience supporting US Army product management office desiredAbout MayvinMayvin is more than a workplace—it’s a community built on innovation, inclusion, and impact.
