Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a hospital-based setting. This role includes working with both outpatient and inpatient populations under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility function and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and support patient rehabilitation goals.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients families physicians and interdisciplinary staff.
• Assist in the daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
• Support program development and quality care initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in hospital outpatient or inpatient settings preferred.
