\nOur client seeks a Full Stack Engineer to deliver stable, robust, and resilient digital web experiences for healthcare benefits and management. The role emphasizes modern front-end and middle-tier development, collaboration within Agile teams, and adherence to secure coding and DevOps best practices.\n

Rate: $60.00 to $70.00/hr. w2\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Build rich, performant, and resilient web applications that serve healthcare benefits and management users.
\n
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and UX to ensure architectural compliance and excellent user experience.
\n
• Partner with platform squads to define engineering standards, practices, and tooling.
\n
• Provide engineering thought leadership supporting a cloud-first approach and outcomes for health care solutions.
\n
• Design and build digital RESTful APIs with secure development practices.
\n
• Contribute in Agile and Scrum ceremonies while mentoring and encouraging team members.
\n
• Align solutions with modern development principles including trunk-based development, feature toggles, and branch by abstraction.
\n
• Advance reliability through TDD, automation, and adherence to the Test Pyramid.

Experience Requirements

\n

\n
• 4+ years designing and implementing web applications.
\n
• Expertise with front-end frameworks and web technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, web components, Angular, and Node.js.
\n
• Strong background with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, MVC, micro front-end strategy, and microservices.
\n
• Proven experience building secure, scalable RESTful APIs and applying webapp/API security.
\n
• Hands-on Git experience using varied workflows and strong understanding of CI/CD with Jenkins and GitHub.
\n
• Experience with cloud and container technologies including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, plus serverless patterns.
\n
• Quality-first mindset with TDD and automation, and in-depth knowledge of secure coding standards.
\n
• Ability to lead and collaborate in a team-based environment with strong communication skills.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
