HVAC Service Technician

Join the One Hour Team!This position performs service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting. Position also requires install experience and ability to properly install split and packaged units. Install duties will only be temporary.Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systemsDetermines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairsBe a clear communicator and best liaison to the customerAlways maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each jobConveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while drivingWears floor savers while in the client's homeMaintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outsideLearn and utilize technology as directed by managementMust be able to work Monday-Friday, with availability to work Saturdays and Sundays if requiredPut the customer's needs first!High school diploma or equivalentMust have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry (Min 3 years preferred)N.A.T.E. certification (preferred)EPA certificationMust display strong communication skills and technical competenceMust be willing to learn new processes and procedures as new technology is introducedHigh level of motivation and great work ethicAbility to pass a thorough background check and drug screenValid Drivers License and clean driving recordInstallation experience a plus****Healthcare Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) benefit program ****Uniforms Provided ****Paid Time Off (PTO) Accrual Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hourEach franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
