I'm partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented financial institution seeking a senior leader to join its Commercial Real Estate Lending team.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a team, influence lending strategy, manage a complex CRE portfolio, and partner with key borrowers, developers, and stakeholders across the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of commercial real estate lenders and portfolio professionals.
• Oversee a diverse CRE portfolio, ensuring strong credit quality and portfolio performance.
• Structure and evaluate complex commercial real estate transactions, including construction, development, and income-producing properties.
• Partner with clients, referral sources, and internal stakeholders to drive exceptional service and long-term growth.
• Monitor portfolio risk, covenant compliance, and overall credit performance.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, process improvements, and business planning efforts.

Ideal Background

• 10+ years of commercial real estate lending, portfolio management, underwriting, and/or credit experience.
• Leadership experience with a proven ability to develop and coach teams.
• Strong background in credit analysis, portfolio management, and complex deal structuring.
• Experience with construction lending, development projects, and income-producing real estate.
• Strong relationship management and business development skills.
