Job Description Join our growing team! We have Yard Driver positions starting at a large distribution center in Suffolk, VA. NO CDL REQUIRED! Shifts Friday‑Sunday 6 a.m.‑6:30 p.m. $19.28 per hour Monday‑Thursday 6 a.m.‑4:30 p.m. $17.35 per hour Perks & Benefits Casual Dress Code Paid Training Weekly paychecks Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options Medical / Dental Insurance Paid Time Off Advancement Opportunities $19.28 / Hour Employment Type & Shifts Full Time First Shift Weekend Shifts Job Responsibilities Organize tractor‑trailers in the truck yard and manage trailer movements on and off the dock. CDL is not required, but a plus. Stand on feet for at least 10‑12 hours, reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shift. Maintain a safe and clean workspace throughout the shift. Demonstrate effective communication skills and teamwork. Associate Requirements Background Check Able to lift 75 pounds. Drug Test. Stand for whole shift duration. Must be at least 18 years old. The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.35 and $19.28 per hour. This range is a good‑faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
