The initial over-the-road training phase pays a flat rate of $650 per week. How Does the Onboarding Work for Beginners? You are paired with an experienced driver trainer for a period of 4 to 6 weeks. Learning happens on actual highways with real loads, completely bypassing simulators and classrooms. You get your own keys and your own truck the moment your trainer confirms you are ready. Drivers who already have verifiable experience skip this phase entirely and go straight to solo work. What Will You Learn During Training?
