Medina Nursing & Rehab Center is Now Hiring Registered Nurse (RN) for All SHIFTS!
Shifts available: Days 7a-7p | Nights 7p-7a

Medina Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is currently seeking skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven Registered Nurse (RN) to welcome our ever-growing team! Our mission is to provide patient-centered care and promote a positive team environment with honesty, dignity, and respect. And to maintain our reputation for being the preferred source for skilled nursing/long-term care within the communities we serve.
Requirements of the Registered Nurse (RN):
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) Ohio license
Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN):
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
- Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
- Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
- Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
- Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
