In this role, you will play a key part in helping students acquire essential communication skills, all while collaborating with a passionate team of educators and families. Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students, utilizing your expertise to deliver assessments, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and participate in IEP meetings.

Key Qualifications:

• Current or pending CDE Special Provider License required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
• Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or other SLP certifications
• Experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for fostering student success and growth

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and provide direct speech-language therapy
• Develop and implement IEP goals for students with speech and language needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
• Support both middle and elementary age groups, tailoring therapy to varied developmental levels
