Multi-Unit Restaurant Coach & Growth Leader

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Area Coach to supervise and lead multiple Taco Bell locations, ensuring each unit meets operating plans. You will recruit, coach, and develop RGMs and shift managers, driving performance and customer satisfaction. You will travel between stores daily, analyze VOC and CORE data, and implement product and program rollouts to ensure success.
