Responsibilities
- Deliver education to clinical staff using adult learning principles; support leadership in building strong clinical skills.
- Provide patient advocacy, education, and effective, collegial communication with physicians and other departments, including clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Collaborate with the Manager/Director to maintain and improve clinical skills through professional development; serve as a role model for other clinicians.
- Conduct in-services, skills sessions, and ongoing training to reinforce evidence-based practice and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all activities align with hospital policies, state regulations, and accrediting requirements while promoting patient safety and quality care.

Requirements
- Active RN license to practice in California (state-specific licensure required for this assignment)
- Demonstrated experience in clinical education or staff development; ability to apply adult educational principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across physicians, departments, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to model professional practice and adhere to applicable policies and regulatory standards
- Willingness to lead and participate in staff development activities for the duration of the assignment
- Availability to begin on 08/17/2026 and complete a 13-week travel assignment
