About the Role

Responsibilities include leading finance teams, managing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring the implementation of scalable processes and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 25+ years of experience, and extensive knowledge of real estate accounting and finance. Applicants for the Chief Financial Officer position at the company must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with at least 25 years of progressive experience, particularly in real estate. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in financial leadership, hands-on experience in accounting operations, and a proven track record in managing financial activities within an entrepreneurial environment. Technical skills in advanced Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and experience with real estate accounting and ERP systems are essential. The CFO will be responsible for team development, process improvement, and must possess strong executive leadership, financial judgment, and communication skills.
